- ✓Bulk orders can be returned if unopened and within 48 hours
Pet Supplies Returns
For bowls, leashes, grooming tools, and other supplies:
- ✓Items must be in original packaging and unused
- ✓48-hour return window from delivery date
- ✓Defective items will be replaced or refunded
- ✓Size exchanges available for collars and harnesses
- ✓Grooming tools must be unopened for return
